Caleb McVicker is an attorney who represents an individual injured by the recklessness of others. Caleb understands the impact injuries can have on individuals and the tactics large insurance companies use to fight injury claims. Caleb centers his practice around passionately pursuing the fair outcome injured individuals are entitled to in cases of all sizes.
Caleb has worked on countless personal injury claims and been involved in cases ranging from the Supreme Court of Texas to mass tort claims in federal courts. In addition to personal injury claims, Caleb handles family matters, estate matters, business formations, and wrongful termination claims.
Caleb earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College in 2015 where he made Dean’s List while working for the nationally renowned personal injury firm Pittman, Dutton & Hellums, P.C. In 2018 Caleb earned his J.D from South Texas College of Law Houston and became a licensed attorney. Caleb was nominated by his peers to the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for the year 2021.
In his free time, Caleb enjoys basketball, boating, and spending time with his family. Caleb and his wife Amanda live in McKinney with their two miniature dachshunds.
